DESTINAZIONE NON UMANA

Once upon a time, there were seven racehorses, all brothers.
destinazione non umana foto.jpg

Seven genetically defective racehorses are forced to share their old age while waiting for slaughter. In the theatrical and dramatic play, the imaginative tale of human beasts becomes a pretext for a profound reflection on the tragic theme of predestination, disease, death, the precariousness and brevity of existence, and individual responsibility concerning the choices made throughout life.

Director's Notes:

Non-Human Destination is a tale without morals, as bitter and inhuman as a fairy tale can be, built on the loneliness to which the times we live in force us, and on the thought of death, on the void left by those who have gone, on pain, anger, and fear. On the beastly effort to live against and despite the certainty of death.
